Job Description
Our Talent Acquisition intern will assist with levelling up our hiring experiences as well as contribute to people development activities in the company. We are looking for a fast learner who is highly passionate in talent acquisition and adept in people engagement fields. Are you the one we are looking for?
What You Will Do:
- Develop and update hiring materials (job descriptions, requirements, etc.)
- Source potential candidates through various hiring platforms
- Assist the people team with provide hiring documentations, databases, and reports
- Conduct early screening selection
- Schedule interviews, technical tests, and any other things related to hiring
- Contribute to the planning and execution of employment engagement activities
Job Requirements :
- Fresh graduates, or at least 3rd year undergraduates, preferably majoring in Psychology or Management
- Has a strong sense of integrity to manage confidential information
- Possess a deep interest in talent acquisition or recruitment in the tech startup industry
- Has experience in using MS Excel or Spreadsheet
- Possess exceptional English writing abilities
- Have basic assessment skills
- Able to start immediately
