Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for internship roles.
- Handling administrative tasks, including updating the database and collecting candidates’ documents.
- Supporting the team in sourcing candidates for staff-level positions.
- Create digital advertisements for job vacancies.
Job Requirements :
- Final year student (without classes) or fresh graduates from Psychology, Human Resource Management, Management, or equivalent.
- Computer literate (Ms. Office).
- Fast learner, responsible, communicative, and possess a good personality.
- Prior experience in recruitment is a plus.
- Comfortable communicating in English, as some tasks require English proficiency.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City, Tangerang (WFO).
- Able to commit for a 6 month internship program.
