Job Description
- Assisting in creating and posting job ads on various platforms.
- Identifying potential candidates through online job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
- Conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications and interest.
- Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Preparing interview materials and ensuring a smooth interview process.
- Assisting in evaluating candidates’ resumes, cover letters, and interview performance.
- Updating candidate information and tracking the recruitment process in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Providing administrative support during the onboarding process of new hires.
Job Requirements :
- Final-year students or fresh graduates from reputable universities majoring in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or other related fields.
- Familiar with the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office 365 platform.
- Available for at least 3 months.
- Have no mobility issues (will be working from Tokopedia Tower, Jakarta Selatan).
