Job Description

  • Discovering and recruiting top talent through innovative sourcing strategies and a seamless end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Lead initiatives that elevate our early career programs, making a difference for the next generation of professionals.

  • Handle key administrative tasks and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to keep our projects running smoothly.
  • Create key visuals that support our People Team projects.

Job Requirements :

  • Fresh graduate or final year students (no class/activities) from Psychology, Management, Communication or any related majors
  • Interested in Talent Acquisition & HR (prior experience in HR is a plus!)
  • Able to drive & manage multiple stakeholders
  • Able to produce creative visuals using any media channel (Canva, Adobe, Powerpoint, etc.)
  • Have a great interpersonal, proactive and communication skill
  • Comfortable speaking and writing in English Available for at least 3 months (with Hybrid working arrangement at South Jakarta office)
