Job Description
- Intensively sourcing candidates from job platform
- Support recruitment team to screening resumes and shortlisted candidates
- Perform pre-screening calls and interview to analyze applicants abilities
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
- Update internal recruitment database
- Do employer branding through social media
Job Requirements :
- Final year student or fresh graduate major in Psychology, Human Resource management, or related field.
- Experience in Recruitment would be advantageous.
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
- Good interpersonal skills and humble.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Willing to be placed in West Jakarta and commit to a 3 months internship.
