Job Requirements :
- Open for final year student (no class attends), fresh graduate in Psychology, Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, consulting, headhunting, or related HR roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
- Willing to work at Cengkareng Business City, West Jakarta.
