Job Description
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates.
- Perform administrative tasks such as updating the database and entering information into our internal systems.
- Utilize online job portals effectively for talent sourcing.
Job Requirements :
- Final-year student with no remaining classes or a fresh graduate from any major (minimum Bachelor’s degree)
- Having a basic understanding of recruitment processes will be a plus
- Previous internship experience in the
- recruitment/headhunter industry is a plus.
- Familiar with using MS Office software (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.)
- Must be able to communicate (verbal & written) in English
- Japanese/Korean/Mandarin skills will be a plus (not required)
- Able to start between the end of September – early October 2025
