Job Description
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates.
- Perform administrative tasks such as updating the database and entering information into our internal systems.
- Utilize online job portals effectively for talent sourcing.
Job Requirements :
- Final-year student with no remaining classes or a fresh graduate from any major (minimum Bachelor’s degree; S1)
- Interested in the world of recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
- Familiar with using Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. You’ll be using English every day
- Able to start January 2026
- [Plus point] Possess basic understanding of headhunting/recruitment process.
- [Plus point] Internship experience in the recruitment/headhunter industry.
- [Plus point] Able to speak Japanese/Korean/Mandarin
