Job Description
- Assist the recruitment team in identifying and sourcing potential candidates
- Perform CV screening across various positions, manage interview scheduling, and maintain the recruitment database
- Support in managing our freelance headhunter community, including the development of engagement program initiatives
- Create employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance company’s reputation within jobseekers
- Collaborate with employees across functions to create MODA’s social media contents
Job Requirements :
- Undergraduate students or freshgraduate (S1) from all majors, preferably Psychology/Communication/Management, a minimum of 7th semester with no class to attend
- Passionate in learning about the company’s recruitment process and employer branding strategies
- Familiar with copywriting, content creation, or creative design software (Canva/Adobe/CapCut/others) will be a plus
- Strong drive, excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, planning & organizing skills
- Able to join as soon as possible
