Job Description
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle: job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviews
- Post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms
- Help with initial resume reviews and conduct phone screenings
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate databases and records
- Support the HR team with other related administrative tasks
Job Requirements :
- Psychology fresh graduate
- Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Experience with online recruitment tools is a plus
