Job Description

  • Membantu proses rekrutmen dan seleksi karyawan (screening CV, scheduling interview, administrasi kandidat).
  • Membuat dan memposting lowongan kerja di platform rekrutmen.
  • Melakukan koordinasi dengan kandidat dan user terkait jadwal interview.
  • Mengelola dan memperbarui database kandidat.
  • Membantu proses onboarding karyawan baru.
  • Mendukung kegiatan HR lainnya sesuai kebutuhan.

Job Requirements :

  • Mahasiswa aktif tingkat akhir atau fresh graduate dari jurusan Psikologi, Manajemen SDM, atau bidang terkait.
  • Memiliki minat di bidang Human Resource (HR), khususnya dalam proses rekrutmen dan seleksi.
  • Bersedia menjalani masa magang minimal 3 bulan (atau sesuai kebijakan perusahaan).
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik maupun tulisan. lisan
  • Teliti, rapi, bertanggung jawab, dan mampu bekerja dalam tim.
  • Mampu mengatur waktu dengan baik dan bekerja dengan target.
  • Menguasai Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (terutama Excel dan Docs).
  • Berdomisili di Jakarta Timur dan sekitarnya.
