Job Description
- Support recruitment team to screening & shortlisted candidates
- Pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities
- Assist end-to-end recruitment process with recruitment team
- Contributing to special projects assigned by the recruitment team, such as employer branding initiatives or recruitment strategy development.
Job Requirements :
- Fresh graduate from any major (preferably majoring in Psychology/Management/Business Administration/Communication)
- Initiative and have good communication skill
- Strong interpersonal skill
- Able to work both individually and collaboratively
- Adaptable and open to learning new skills related to recruitment and HR.
