Job Description
- Assist in reaching out and monitoring the candidate’s overall end-to-end recruitment experience
- Schedule the candidates for interview/examination and provide feedback as needed
- Coordinate with the Recruitment Team and Internal Stakeholders on a daily basis
- Manage the recruiting pipeline including determining resource needs, sourcing activities, conducting assessments, and managing the referral process
- Assist the Recruitment Team as necessary and undertake other tasks and projects that may be assigned from time to time
Job Requirements :
- A final-year student or a recent graduate in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field
- Having an intern recruiter with experience is advantageous
- Communicative and self-starter
- Desire to learn new things
- Willing to participate in a 3-month internship
