Job Description
- Support end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Conduct market research and talent mapping based on client needs.
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines and databases.
- Work closely with consultants to prepare reports and coordinate with candidates/clients.
Job Requirements :
- Is fluent in English (spoken & written).
- Has experience in recruitment-related activities through campus organizations or similar roles like sales/BD.
- Understands basic LinkedIn navigation & recruitment concepts.
- Is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
