Job Description
- Assist in sourcing top talent by reviewing job applications, screening resumes and reaching out to potential candidates
- Help manage job posting across various platforms and headhunt candidates through various network.
- Coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates and provide a positive hiring experience
- Participate in various HR Projects and intiatives to improve employee experience and HR Process
- Learn how to design and implement programs that enhance the growth and development of our employees

- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have everything they need to hit the ground running
- Help to develop content in learning management system
