- Active undergraduate student majoring in Management, Industrial Engineering
- Good analytical thinking & quantitative reasoning
- Understands performance metrics, business strategies, and manufacturing processes.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to commit to a 6-month internship
