Job Description
- Create creative materials that support internal campaigns for People Development, Culture, and Engagement
- Contribute to event management of learning classes, engagement activities & internal events for employees
- Create visual design (poster, slides, report, etc.) to support HR related projects
- Support administrative tasks in the related projects
- Assist HR team in project and stakeholder management
Job Requirements :
- Final year student from any major (HR related preferred)
- Have a project management & creative copywriting skill
- Able to design poster/visual using Canva, Adobe PS, etc.
- Have a great interpersonal, proactive and communicaiton skill
- Comfortable to write and speak English as a daily conversation
- Strong in organizational experiences
- Energetic & fast learner, able to drive & manage project complexity and result oriented
- Interested in People Development & HR (prior experience in HR is a plus!)
- 3 months internship
