Job Description
- Assisting and supervising candidate technical assessments in the hiring process
- Scheduling the interview processes within the Pinhome Recruitment process
- Assisting the Recruitment Process within the Pinhome environment
- Setting expectations with various stakeholders in the hiring process, such as hiring managers, recruiters, etc.
- Sourcing for relevant openings
- Being the Person of Contact between the Pinhome and the Candidate
- Being involved in the Hiring-related projects
Job Requirements :
- A final-year student from any background who has an interest in the HR field, fresh-graduates are welcome to apply
- People Acquisition/Recruitment exposure is a plus point
- Excellent communication skills
- Good English skills, both written and speaking skills
- Great attention to details & good analytical skills
- Good time management
- Good stakeholder management
