Job Description
- Collaborate with team members to plan, execute, and evaluate events aimed at boosting engagement among all employees.
- Design surveys to gather feedback from employees before and after events, analyzing data to inform future engagement strategies.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure successful project execution.
- Draft engaging content for internal communications.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employee engagement, suggesting innovative ideas to improve the overall employee experience.
Job Requirements :
- Fresh graduate or final year student without any classes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with survey tools is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to a positive work culture.
- Able to commit for 6 months & work under hybrid arrangement.
