Job Description
- Designing corporate e-learning modules in Articulate Storyline, aligned with business needs and clear learning outcomes.
- Create high value visual assets in Adobe Illustrator that follow corporate brand guidelines and enhance clarity.
- Develop motion graphics and micro-animations in Adobe After Effects to support key concepts learner engagement.
- Convert corporate materials into structured, learner-focused storyboards ready for development in Storyline.
- Skilled at defining sharp, content-based learning objectives that directly guide the structure and focus of the module.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree or Final Semester Educational Technology
- Experience Internship in Learning Designer, Corporate E-Learning, E-Learning Content Developer and Storyline Developer is a must
- Achievement-oriented and results focused, able to work toward clear module delivery targets and quality standards.
- Analytical and structured thinker, able to identify learning needs into clear objectives and logical learning flows.
- Creative and user centric, consistently designing learning experiences that prioritize clarity and learner usability.
- Adaptable and proactive, comfortable working in dynamic environments and taking initiative to solve problems or refine learning solutions.
- Familiar with Adobe Family
