- Help deliver well-structured job documentation to support employee performance and various HR processes.
Job Requirements :
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Final-year student or fresh graduate from Psychology, Management, or a related field.
- High interest in Organizational Development and HR practices.
- Comfortable working with data and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Willing to work from the office (South Jakarta).
