- Active undergraduate student majoring in Industrial Engineering, Management, or Statistics
- Capable to use Microsoft Office.
- Interest and have knowledge in the field of Human Resources, especially Organizational Development.
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
- Willing to commit to a 6-month internship
