Job Description
- Become an assistant training program manager.
- Support training programs and execute events, including schedule, class preparation, and make logistical arrangements.
- Assist in manage the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Support administrative tasks related to learning and development.
- Assist in manage and maintain training data.
- Act as an MC (Master of Ceremony) during training sessions to ensure smooth event flow and engagement.
Job Requirements :
- Final-year student (with no classes) or recent graduate in Psychology, Education Tehcnology, Management, or Event Management.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (specially in Excel).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking in front of an audience.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Available for a 6-month full-time internship (WFO).
- Willing to work onsite (WFO) in BSD City.
