Job Description
- This position will support the Learning & Development Team
- Involves and facilitates learning activities (such as becoming the training moderator or creating LnD program)
- Develops and maintains organization to ensure employees have knowledge of learning and development events and resources
- Developing a dashboard and new ideas on people development programs
Job Requirements :
- Candidates must be at least on the 7th semester of Bachelor’s from reputable universities in any major (Fresh graduate are welcome)
- Required skill(s): Critical thinking, problem solving, communication, planning & organizing, etc
- Fluent in English, both written and oral
- Highly proactive and possess attention to detail
- Willing to work for 3-6 months
