Job Description
- Assist in reviewing and updating Job Descriptions (JDs) and conducting Job Evaluation processes.
- Support the Organizational Diagnosis process to identify problems and opportunities for improvement within the structure processes.
- Support the execution Culture and Engagement activities.
- Assist in the collection and analysis of data related to organizational performance, employee engagement, and effectiveness.
- Support Human Capital Initiatives; Training, Recruitment and Talent Management (Assessment).
Job Requirements :
- Fresh Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree) or a student in min. 7th semester, majoring in Psychology with a minimum GPA. 3.00.
- Experience as an Intern in Human Capital will be an advantage.
