Job Description
- Assist in creating content visuals (photos, carousels, simple infographics).
- Draft captions for Instagram @journeywithastrapay.
- Support content posting & scheduling (Instagram & TikTok).
- Monitor comments/DMs and engage with the audience.
- Prepare a simple weekly social media report (followers growth, reach, ER).
Job Requirements :
- Final-year college student or fresh graduate majoring in Communication, Marketing, or Design (other majors are welcome if relevant).
- Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin and basic knowledge of social media content creation.
- Basic design skills (Canva / Photoshop / Figma) to support simple visual creation.
- Ability to write engaging captions in a casual and professional tone.
- Strong interest in Employer Branding, HR, or Talent Attraction (experience in campus organizations/communities is a plus).
- Detail-oriented and eager to learn social media analytics (reach, ER, impressions).
- Communicative and responsive in engaging with audiences (comments/DMs).
