Job Description
- Handle documents coming in and out of Human Capital Division
- Helps with tax input every month
- Helps with inputting employee absences
- Assist in submitting claim documents into the system, distributing employee insurance cards, and handling employee benefits
- Assist Human Capital if there are internal events
- Helping administrative task in Human Capital Department
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor degree or final year student from Psychology or related major
- No experience needed, but if you have it’s a plus point
- Good interpersonal skill & team work
- Fast learner & detail oriented
- Able to operate Microsoft Excel
