Job Description
- Assist in the management and maintenance of the HR Information System (HRIS) such as updating HRIS with any employee status changes.
- Ensure accurate entry and update of employee data in both HRIS and compensation systems.
- Address employee inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with HR and Operations Admin.
- Assist in calculating and processing employee compensation, including salaries, overtime, bonuses, and de ductions.
Job Requirements :
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
- Fresh Graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply
- Basic understanding of HRIS systems and compensation & benefits principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) are a plus.
- Available for a minimum of 6 months for full-time internship and able to WFO at Head Office Eatwell Culnary (Kedoya, West Jakarta).
