Job Description
- Tracking the signing process of all agreements, including back-and-forth approvals that require individual verification.
- Sending renewal agreements, taxi agreements, and other agreement updates; while technically straightforward, the high number of headcounts makes additional support necessary.
- Compiling employee journey records for all crew members.
- Registering new joiners by ensuring data accuracy, such as matching names with ID cards, verifying NIK, and other personal details, which are often incorrectly filled in.
- Verifying pre-payroll data, specifically checking bank account details.
- Following up on unclear resignation reasons (e.g., if the reason is terminated, further clarification on the cause is required).
- Deactivating talent profiles for resigned crew members.
- Sending letters weekly, including termination letters, employment introduction letters, and bank account opening letters.
- Inputting and verifying new joiner attendance records, which are still manually recorded and continuously increasing every week.
- Compiling and packaging hardcopy insurance documents.
- Compiling and packaging certificates and photos for the Employee of the Month program.
- Inputting and verifying administrative records for hardcopy JKK & JKM requirements (only for stage 1 and 2 reports).
Job Requirements :
- Final year student or fresh graduate in any major.
- Having intern experience in the same field
- Active in event organizing activities.
- Proficient in Excel, Proficient in Data Analytics.
- Communication Skill, Time Management Skill, Problem-solving Skill, Analytical Skill.
