- Exceptional communication skills
- Experience or knowledge of HR processes and procedures

- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- The ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
- Currently a minimum 7th-semester student with no class attendance requirements
