Job Description
- Using various platforms such as job portals, social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), referrals, and internal databases to source a large number of Jagoan (Mobile Barista) candidates.
- Actively sourcing candidates who match the hiring needs.
- Conducting an initial screening of CVs or candidate applications based on predefined criteria.
- Conducting end-to-end recruitment for Jagoan
- Handling massive hiring.
Job Requirements :
- A university student or fresh graduate majoring in Psychology, Management, or a related field.
- Interested in recruitment, particularly in the massive hiring process.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of recruitment.
- Possesses strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel) for recruitment administration.
- Have a Laptop
