Job Description
- Mendukung operasional HR & GA harian (administrasi, dokumentasi, dan koordinasi).
- Membantu pengelolaan fasilitas kantor dan kebutuhan operasional.
- Membantu proses rekrutmen (screening, jadwal interview, dokumentasi).
- Mengurus inventaris & kebutuhan ATK.
- Berkoordinasi dengan vendor/teknisi terkait kebutuhan perbaikan atau fasilitas.
- Membantu berbagai kebutuhan kegiatan operasional perusahaan.
Job Requirements :
- Mahasiswa aktif atau fresh graduate (semua jurusan dipersilakan).
- Teliti, proaktif, dan mampu bekerja cepat.
- Memiliki komunikasi yang baik.
- Menguasai Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Siap bekerja full WFO dan mobile jika dibutuhkan.
- Memiliki kemauan belajar tinggi.
