- Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Maintain and develop a candidate pipeline for future openings.
- Assist in various HR initiatives and operational tasks as needed.
Job Requirements :
- Recent graduate in Psychology.
- Proactive and passionate about learning, exploring, and contributing to HR development.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and detail-oriented in task management.
