Job Description
- Assist in developing and updating job descriptions for various roles within the company.
- Support the creation and refinement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to align with organizational goals.
– Collaborate with department managers to gather information on role requirements and performance expectations.
- Conduct research on industry standards to ensure job descriptions and KPIs are competitive and effective.
- Help maintain and organize HR documentation related to job descriptions and performance metrics.
- Participate in meetings and provide insights to improve HR processes.
- Perform other HR-related tasks as needed.
Job Requirements :
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Previous internship or academic experience in HR is a plus but not required.
