- Membantu update struktur organisasi & job description.
- Mendukung survey organisasi (engagement, budaya, dll).
- Dokumentasi SOP dan kebijakan HR.
- Membantu pelaksanaan pelatihan dan onboarding karyawan.
- Administrasi program pengembangan (TNA, IDP, pelatihan internal/eksternal).
- Mendukung pengelolaan data karyawan dalam program pengembangan karir.
Job Requirements :
- Mahasiswa aktif semester akhir / fresh graduate jurusan Psikologi, Manajemen, atau terkait.
- Tertarik dengan dunia HR, khususnya OD dan PD.
- Mampu bekerja secara detail, terorganisir, dan mandiri.
- Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets/ Canva.
- Memiliki komunikasi yang baik, inisiatif, dan rasa ingin tahu tinggi.
- Bersedia mengikuti proses internship selama 3-5 bulan
- Penempatan Tanah Abang, Jakarta Pusat
