Job Description
- Recruitment Assistance: Help with the hiring process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and supporting recruitment campaigns for frontline staff and management roles.
- Employee Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and providing essential training materials.
- HR Administration: Help with maintaining HR files, tracking employee records, and ensuring HR policies are up to date.
- HR Projects: Be part of innovative HR projects that have a lasting impact on our business.
Job Requirements :
- A student in last semester or recent graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A people-first attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to stay organized and focused.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and a problem-solver who’s eager to learn.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Location: Central Jakarta
