Job Description

  • Greet and assist visitors, employees, and candidates in a professional and friendly manner
  • Handle incoming calls, general emails, and office correspondence
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and document filing
  • Schedule and manage meeting room bookings
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the front office area
  • Provide HR administrative support (employee data, attendance, document filing)
  • Support recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and candidate coordination

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience as an HR Admin or Receptionist is preferred
  • Well-groomed with good communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Detail-oriented, friendly, and service-oriented
