Job Description
- Membantu proses administrasi payroll bulanan
- Memelihara dan memperbarui data karyawan serta dokumen HR
- Mendukung kegiatan General Affairs seperti pengelolaan aset dan inventaris kantor
- Berkoordinasi dengan pihak internal maupun eksternal dalam kegiatan operasional
- Memastikan seluruh kegiatan sesuai kebijakan dan prosedur perusahaan
Job Requirements :
- Lulusan minimal SMA/SMK
- Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office (terutama Excel)
- Teliti, komunikatif, dan memiliki kemampuan administrasi yang baik
- Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dan mendukung kegiatan operasional lapangan
- Memiliki SIM A aktif
- Memiliki sertifikasi K3 dan kemampuan bahasa Inggris menjadi keunggulan tambahan
