  • Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing learning modules related to procurement division’s technical competency.
  • Collaborates closely with the Learning & Development team to ensure that development programs align with business needs and human capital management strategies.

Job Requirements :

  • Final year or Fresh Graduate in Educational Technology, Industrial Engineering, Human Resource Development, or other related fields.
  • Basic understanding on procurement and/or supply chain functions is a plus.
  • Passionate about learning & development, especially in designing and delivering competency-based learning modules.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
