Job Description
- Reviewing and analyzing Job Descriptions and Job Evaluations.
- Reviewing, analyzing, and updating the organizational structure based on employee data.
- Reviewing position titles and external titles for business cards.
- Assisting with Organization Development activities (productivity, various measurements, presentations, etc.) as assigned.
Job Requirements :
- Final-year student (with no classes) or recent graduate in Psychology, or Human Resource Management, or relevant major.
- Basic understanding of HR management and organizational behavior.
- Responsive (quick to act), adaptive (flexible to changes), eager and quick to learn new things.
- Strong analytical skills (ability to gather, process, and analyze job-related data, organizational structure, and productivity).
- Familiar with logical thinking and problem-solving.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Willing to commit to a 6 month internship program.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City (WFO).
