Job Description
- Responsible for handling, proposing and conducting general affairs / operations administrations activity.
- Regularly maintaining and monitoring office inventory (stationary, medicines, etc.) • Conducting purchasing activities for office supplies and equipment.
- Searching, communicating, and establishing relationship with supplier, partners, hotels, travels, or parties for purchase activity.
- Preparing client & internal needs (such as brochure, printing, devices,
merchandise, etc.).
- Creating letter and documents, process reimbursement and invoice, etc.
- Supporting HRGA to manage administrative and transaction tasks.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) majoring in Office Administration, Office Management, Accountant, Finance, or any related major.
- Able to establish communication and dealing with supplier.
- Enjoys creating documents, report, and proposals using Microsoft Word/Excel or Google Workspace.
- Able to work accurately, precisely, multitasking, and organized.
- Must have a vehicle (motorcycle or car).
- Based in Bandung and willing to work on-site.
