- Full Cycle Recruitment: Manage job postings, proactive sourcing, and headhunting.
- Selection Process: Conduct screening interviews (Zoom/Gmeet) and coordinate online psychotests.
- Reporting: Prepare interview & psychotest result reports.
- Quality Control: Deliver at least 3 high-quality candidates per position.
- Deadline Driven: Meet hiring targets within agreed timelines.
Job Requirements :
- Final-year student or Fresh Graduate (Psychology/Management/Communication preferred).
- High discipline & self-motivated for Full WFH setup.
- Excellent communication skills & tech-savvy.
