Job Description
- Assist in recruitment process (job posting, CV screening, scheduling, and conducting initial interviews).
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and new employee documents.
- Support career fairs, campus hiring, and HR events.
- Create content for social media, career page, and internal communication.
Job Requirements :
- Final year student or fresh graduate from Psychology, HR Management, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with initiative and eagerness to learn.
- Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Suite (Spreadsheets).
- Familiar with content editing/design tools (Canva, InShot, CapCut, etc.).
- Duration: 3 months, Full-time (Monday–Friday)
