Job Description
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with filing and organizing paperwork related to employee data, and other HR documents (including business trip arrangements)
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
- Support the HR team in addressing employee inquiries
Job Requirements :
- Final year student or recently completed a degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, handle administrative duties, and maintain accurate records
- Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in documentation
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities for interacting with employees
- Capability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
