Job Description
We’re looking for fresh graduates or final year students who is available for 3 months internship and is willing to work Hybrid (Office Location: Setiabudi, South Jakarta).
- Assist in reaching out and monitoring the candidate’s complete recruitment process.
- Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring timely communication with applicants.
- Provide support in the preparation of recruitment-related documentation and reports.
- Collaborate daily with the Recruitment Team and internal stakeholders.
Job Requirements :
- Last semester or fresh graduate in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- Having an experience in recruitment is advantageous.
- Strong attention to details and well-organized.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to participate in a 3-month internship.
