Job Description

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing).
  • Maintain good relationships with candidates throughout the selection process.
  • Manage a database of potential candidates and recruitment pipelines.
  • Utilize various recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, social media) for candidate sourcing.
  • Collaborate in creating and developing engaging content related to company culture, values, and employee testimonials for digital platforms (website, social media, etc.).

Job Requirements :

  • Fresh graduate or a minimum of 7th-semester student majoring in Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Management, Communication, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Highly curious and hardworking.
  • Up to date with current digital content trends.
  • Creative, innovative, and able to think strategically.
  • Understanding of recruitment platforms is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a related field is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare or hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Location: Hybrid (preferably based in Yogyakarta)
