Dekoruma is looking for HR Operations Intern
Job Requirements :
- Final-year student or fresh graduate from Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Able to handle HR documents and administrative tasks with accuracy and responsibility.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, PowerPoint/Slides).
- Knowledge of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, or employee benefit administration is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, communicative, and organized.
- Placement: Dekoruma Head Office (Srengseng, West Jakarta)
- Hybrid arrangement
