Job Requirements :
- D3/D4/S1 Psikologi, Manajemen SDM, atau jurusan lain yang relevan
- Experience min 1-2 tahun
- Memiliki pengalaman menghandle recruitment end to end dan mass recruitment
- Proficiently in English is a plus
- Memiliki kemampuan Public Speaking yang baik
- Mahir mengoperasikan Microsoft Office, terutama excel
- Memahami alat tes psikologi menjadi nilai tambah
- Memiliki skill editing poster/video pendek menjadi nilai tambah
- Skill komunikasi yang sangat baik, kemampuan koordinasi yang baik, target oriented, teliti, analisis baik
