Job Description
- Handle full recruitment process, including sourcing, selecting, interviewing,
and scheduling.
- Ensure vacant positions are filled within the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Conduct online and offline interviews, reference, and background checks.
- Attract and bring in top talents
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology/Human Resources/Management.
- At least 1 year equivalent experiences, but Fresh Graduate with Recruitment Intern experience are welcome to apply.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- Detail-oriented, target-driven, fast learner, and highly proactive.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and related software.
