CGV Indonesia is currently seeking experienced professionals to fill the position of Training and Culture with placements in Sudirman – Jakarta
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs that address the needs of the organization and its employees.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skills or knowledge gaps.
- Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and workshops.
- Promote and maintain a positive organizational culture.
- Plan and coordinate culture-building activities and events.
- Design and manage the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Provide orientation sessions and training for new employees on company policies, culture, and expectations.
- Collaborate with managers to develop performance improvement plans and provide training support.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Communicate training and culture initiatives to all levels of the organization.
- Prepare reports on training activities, outcomes, and effectiveness.
- Gather and analyze feedback to improve future training programs.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
- 1 -3 years of experience in training and development, organizational culture, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
- Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives is a plus.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with diverse teams.
