Job Description
- Carry out activities related to Talent Management.
- Update or develop competency dictionaries for each employee.
- Provide support in reviewing and validating assessments conducted by each Head of Department at the Head Office/Branch/Holding Building Material.
- Prepare assessment activities (planning, implementation, and evaluation).
- Conduct talent mapping programs within Talent Management.
- Deliver internal training sessions when required.
- Monitor administrative processes related to Talent Management programs.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Skilled in administering psychological tests.
- Understanding of the 9-box grid concept.
- Understanding of talent pool management.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in the field of assessment is an advantage.
- Open for Fresh Graduates.
